This is a special one time edition of our newsletter to tell you about an exciting new program that we are launching that combines training, coaching, consulting, and all of the planning tools, presentations, and materials that I have developed over the years. The program is specifically designed for the person in a medium to large organization that is accountable for defining, coordinating, and facilitating the business planning process.

This is a year long commitment centered around an intensive week of training and workshops from April 20-24, 2009 and includes:

1. The week long Masters of Business Planning Workshop at the Marriott Evergreen Resort in Stone Mountain Georgia.
2. Individualized pre-session discussions, preparation, and pre-work to maximize the value you get from the Masters of Business Planning workshop.
3. A full year of The Masters of Business Planning Mentor Program: one-on-one coaching with me to hone your skills and implement a better planning program in your organization.
4. The Masters of Business Planning Program Manual, which is over 400 pages long and contains the main supporting written material upon which the program is based.
5. An additional 400+ PowerPoint slides of sample workshops and facilitated sessions you will need to apply the program in your work.
6. Over 100 tools, templates, diagrams, facilitated sessions, and presentations used in the workshop. As a participant in the program you have full rights to use these any way you want in your work.
7. Password protected on-line lifetime access to all materials in electronic format, and the verbatim recording of our entire week of discussions.
8. Lifetime access to the Masters of Business Planning Interactive Alumni program.

My ultimate goal is to give participants the training and tools to implement a leading edge, fully integrated, business planning process within their organization...and then facilitate the process to help their company produce plans that will lead to remarkable results. I really believe this is the best way to internalize a robust process to build on the strategy and planning many organizations have already done.
